Welcome to Grace Luxury Partners ("we," "us," "our"). By booking a ride with us, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Company Overview
Grace Luxury Partners is a premium transportation company operating as an LLC, primarily servicing New York City and the surrounding tri-state area, with extended coverage available throughout the East Coast by request.
2. Services Offered
We provide:
Airport Pickups & Drop-offs
Point-to-Point Transfers
Hourly Chauffeur Services (non-rental)
Long-Distance Trips (upon request and subject to availability)

Confirmation of your booking will be sent once details are finalized.
4. Payment Methods
We accept:
Credit/Debit Cards
Online Wallets
No deposit is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
5. Cancellations, No-Shows & Modifications
Cancellations within 5 hours of the scheduled pickup will incur a late cancellation fee of 20% of the total fare.
No-shows (failure to appear at the pickup location without notice) will result in the full fare being charged.
Modifications made within 5 hours of pickup (e.g., address change, time shift) will incur a $35 change fee.
6. Service Area & Availability
Grace Luxury Partners operates 24/7, including holidays, primarily in:
New York City
Surrounding Tri-State Area (NY, NJ, CT)
Extended East Coast service upon special request
7. Passenger Conduct
To maintain cleanliness and safety:
No smoking, alcohol, or eating is permitted in any vehicle.
Clients must behave respectfully toward drivers and equipment.
8. Unforeseen Circumstances
We reserve the right to cancel or decline service in cases of severe weather, road closures, safety risks, or other unavoidable disruptions. Clients will be notified as soon as possible.
9. Damage & Cleaning Fees
Clients are responsible for the condition of the vehicle during their trip. Charges apply for:
Damages caused to the vehicle's interior or exterior
Cleanup fees, including (but not limited to) spills or vomiting
Repair or cleaning costs will be billed directly to the client.
10. Data Collection & Privacy
We collect client names, contact information, and payment details strictly for the purpose of organizing and executing your trip.
We do not sell, share, or distribute personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely and used only for service-related purposes.
11. Limitation of Liability
Grace Luxury Partners is not liable for:
Delays due to traffic, weather, or road conditions
Missed flights or appointments caused by external factors
Loss or damage to personal belongings during transit
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
